Requests for a reduced study load can only be made for academic reasons or as a result of extenuating circumstances. To request a reduced study load for academic reasons, please make an appointment with your First Year Experience Coordinator. If your request is for extenuating circumstances, you will need to make an appointment with the Student Advisor. You must have appropriate documentary evidence to support your request.

You can only apply for a leave of absence if you are experiencing extenuating circumstances that are beyond your control. To apply for a leave of absence, please make an appointment with the your University/College Student Advisor. You must provide documentary evidence to support your request.
